These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Relay, a software application provided by OnDeck Apps (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using Relay, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use Relay.

2. Description of Service
Relay is a modular dashboard application for macOS and iPadOS that allows users to build custom workflows, connect integrations, and visualize data in real time.
Features and functionality may change over time.

3. Accounts and Access
Some features require an active subscription.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse or abuse is detected.

4. Subscriptions and Billing
Relay offers auto-renewing subscriptions.
- Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings or through Lemon Squeezy, depending on where you subscribed
- Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) will be forfeited upon purchase

5. Refunds
All purchases are handled by Apple or Lemon Squeezy.
- Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple
- Refunds for direct purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with their policies
We do not issue refunds directly unless required by law.

6. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Relay for personal or business use.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the app
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use Relay in a way that violates any law or regulation

7. User Content and Data
You retain ownership of any data you input into Relay.
You grant us a limited right to process that data solely to operate and improve the app.
We do not sell personal data.

8. Third-Party Services
Relay may integrate with third-party services.
We are not responsible for:
- Availability or uptime of third-party services
- Data accuracy from those services
- Any issues caused by those integrations
Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.

9. Service Availability
Relay is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous, uninterrupted access
- That the app will be error-free or meet all requirements

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnDeck Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption.

We may suspend or terminate access to Relay at any time if these Terms are violated.
You may stop using Relay at any time.

We may update Relay or these Terms at any time.
